Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data LanguageInTuition (operated by [full legal name], contact: info@languageintuition.com) collects, why, and what your rights are. It is written to comply with UK GDPR.

What I collect, and why

What I do not do

I do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or run advertising trackers on this site. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and map data from a public CDN; those providers may see your IP address when the page loads.

Where your data lives

Data is stored in my business Google Workspace account (email, calendar, files) and in the tools used to deliver the coaching (for example Quizlet for vocabulary lists — lists contain course vocabulary, not your personal details). These providers may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards.

How long I keep it

Programme records and correspondence are kept for the duration of our work together and up to 6 years afterwards (legal and accounting obligations). Session recordings are deleted [retention period, e.g. 12 months after the end of the programme]. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to info@languageintuition.com and I will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
